SOOO i thought i would finally update you on my blog:) sorry its taken me so long. but we will start with the children i teach:) these are my pre k class and kindergartners. These kids are my favorite to teach! i just adore them!

dANIIL- This boy is so freaking cute. I will bring him and his brother to America. He is really smart. Him and yan get a long really well. Daniil is also someone I can count on. He is so fun to watch learn and grow because you can just see him thinking really hard and trying to get the right answer. He is so helpful and wants everyone to get the right answer even if it's cheating.

Daniella has sass! This girl is really smart though she will rarely show it. Just ask her the question directly and she'll answer just fine. For some reason she will only sometimes take a sticker at the end of the day. Daniella knows it all but hates to sing or dance she just likes to watch you make a fool out of yourself. She says no a lot. We just let her do her thing. like I said she has sass.

EVA: When I first met eva I thought she was the biggest brat i have ever met, which is still kinda true haha. She used to cry every time in opening and we weren't sure why. Later we found out she didnt like being with the pre k kids because she thought she was too smart to be with them. yeah bratty right. So then she would stare at the clock till class was over. That did not fly with teacher Lisa and teacher Becki. Let's just say there was no clock in our rooms for a while. She is really smart though and she likes to be right. The token system was made for her. She loves it. She lives for it.

IVAN: Ivan is Daniil's brother. He is so freaking cute,
just look at him. I can't get mad at him, ever. This boy could get away with anything. has the funniest sense of humor and is so goofy.

LEONID: This kid knows "I'm being good" better than anyone. Ask him anything and that is his response. He can be a trouble maker, but is so quiet that you don't expect him to be.

LIZA: This girl is my little ray of sunshine. She runs into the classroom right into my arms. She doesn't say much in English but I just adore her. She loves singing and will randomly start singing in the middle of your lesson. She loves helping out the teachers and feeling special. I do a great job of making her feel that way:) If she is last picked or she knows she is in trouble oh man you will get glares. She is great at making sure you know she is mad. It is hilarious

ALOYSHA: this kid dresses like a 80 year old grandpa it is hilarious. However, this kid is like talking to a wall. He can barely function, just like a grandpa. One day we got him to talk, it was a miracle.

Vova or Rova whichever. Vova is in his own little world. you are in the middle of a lesson and he is humming as loud as possible. He gets sidetracked easily back to his planet.

Vica or Vicy she doesn't understand the difference with English and Ukrainian she knows English well but doesn't care use it until we look at her blankly. She is in love with me for some reason and I don't care much for her but she is growing on me haha:)

YAN: this boy is so freaking smart. He is my little helper when my lesson plans aren't going as planned this kid saves my life. He always has the answer. Yan always wears the funniest clothes though. One day he showed up in a jacket on the pocket it read: Daddy's little princess. I could not stop laughing. The most recent was a shirt with a little bow and the top. Oh yan.

Aloysha will repeat you word for word and have no idea what you are saying. for example: "aloysha do you want a crayon? his response will be do you want a crayon? which can be super frustrating. He is actually so smart when you get to teach him one on one. He will pick ever little thing off the floor. He absolutely hates the russian/time out chair. His eyes fill up with tears and his lip will quiver but it is the most adorable thing that i cant help but laugh.

Anya is super shy but the sweetest girl you will ever meet.

ELIZABETH: Elizabeth's is a Russian Chinese girl freaking hilarious. She has got spunk and I think she has a little crush on yan. She is pretty good at English although she whispers in Russian every chance she gets.

o Anton, this boy is a trouble maker. He starts everything. He bangs on the table and then everyone bangs on the table. He also hates the russian time out chair but instead of crying he gets mad. He will turn away from you but the second you give him a smile he is over it and laughing. He is our director Alena's favorite and at first i couldn't believe it because he made me so crazy. But by the end you just love this kid. His smile can melt anyones heart. He loves sitting on the teachers laps and sitting in front of the class. He loves attention anyone will give him.

XENIA: oh this girl is a freaking angel. She is so adorable, funny, and smart. She is tiniest thing but she has got voice. Her laugh is the cutest laugh I have ever heard. When she laughs it gets the whole class just cracking up. She is a fire cracker!
